QuickStart Guide 🚀
Get your bank transactions syncing automatically in under 5 minutes.
Step 1: Create your account
Visit lunchflow.app and sign up. After entering your details, verify your email address. If you don't see the verification email, check your Promotions or Spam folder.
Step 2: Connect your bank 🏦
Lunch Flow uses secure, read-only providers to access your data.
- Click + New Connection from the Dashboard
- Search for your financial institution
- Follow the secure authorisation flow to your bank's login portal
- Once authorised, your connection will show as Active
Step 3: Choose a destination 📍
Tell Lunch Flow where to send your transactions.
- Go to the Destinations tab
- Select Add Destination
- Pick an app (Google Sheets, Lunch Money, Actual Budget, etc.)
- Complete the app-specific setup (API keys, sheet authorisation)
- Enable syncing
Step 4: Sit back and relax 🎉
Transactions sync automatically every day. No manual steps required.
