Lunch Flow functions as a connector between financial institutions and data destinations. Instead of manually downloading CSVs or entering transactions by hand, Lunch Flow syncs your bank data automatically on a daily basis.

### 1. Connect your bank [#1-connect-your-bank]

Select from over 20,000 supported financial institutions globally. Authentication happens through your bank's official website with read-only permissions - Lunch Flow never sees your password.

### 2. Configure a destination [#2-configure-a-destination]

Choose where your transaction data should go: a budgeting app, spreadsheet, REST API, or AI assistant.

### 3. Automatic sync [#3-automatic-sync]

Your data updates automatically every day without any manual intervention.
