# QuickStart Guide 🚀 [#quickstart-guide-]

Get your bank transactions syncing automatically in under 5 minutes.

## Step 1: Create your account [#step-1-create-your-account]

Visit [lunchflow.app](https://lunchflow.app) and sign up. After entering your details, verify your email address. If you don't see the verification email, check your Promotions or Spam folder.

## Step 2: Connect your bank 🏦 [#step-2-connect-your-bank-]

Lunch Flow uses secure, read-only providers to access your data.

. Click **+ New Connection** from the Dashboard
. Search for your financial institution
. Follow the secure authorisation flow to your bank's login portal
. Once authorised, your connection will show as **Active**

## Step 3: Choose a destination 📍 [#step-3-choose-a-destination-]

Tell Lunch Flow where to send your transactions.

. Go to the **Destinations** tab
. Select **Add Destination**
. Pick an app (Google Sheets, Lunch Money, Actual Budget, etc.)
. Complete the app-specific setup (API keys, sheet authorisation)
. Enable syncing

Transactions sync automatically every day. No manual steps required.
