Lunch Flow connects to banks and brokerage accounts across Asia Pacific through **Finverse** and **Snaptrade**.

## Connecting an Asia Pacific bank [#connecting-an-asia-pacific-bank]

    Search for your financial institution

    Authenticate through your bank's secure website

    Authorise read-only access
  </Step>

    Select the accounts to synchronise

## Limitations [#limitations]

**No automatic refresh for 2FA banks:** Due to the lack of standardised banking APIs across the region, institutions that require two-factor authentication cannot support automatic transaction refreshes. Manual updates are available via reconnection.

**Unsupported institutions:**

* Citibank Hong Kong (discontinued since 2022)
* Citibank Singapore (ended November 2025 following QR code 2FA implementation)
* Maybank Malaysia (not currently supported)

You can upvote feature requests to express interest in restoring any discontinued connection.

## Security [#security]

All connections are read-only and encrypted. Lunch Flow never sees your login credentials and cannot move money.
